At Allied Construction Group, Inc., we are more than just a construction company; we are a family. Founded in 2004 in Chuluota, FL, our roots in the industry go back to 1990, when Erwin began his journey in building homes. Over the years, we’ve grown to specialize in new construction, additions, full renovations, and alterations, all while maintaining a strong focus on residential projects. Our unique edge comes from our certification as a building contractor and our membership with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. With over 33 years of total industry experience, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, detail-oriented, and personalized service. Meet the Owner
Erwin Eberhardt
Erwin Eberhardt is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Nebraska with a Masters Degree in Business from Tulane University. In 1991, he obtained his Residential Contractor’s License and gained recognition by earning 2nd place in the Parade of Homes for homes he built near Apopka in collaboration with his father. His career then led him to Southern Florida, where he worked on numerous successful remodeling projects. In 2004, he achieved his Builders Contractors License, continuing remodeling as both a hobby and a part-time job. In 2015, Erwin took early retirement from his Engineering career to pursue contracting full-time.
Erwin is passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and is committed to providing top-tier customer service and creativity with every project he undertakes.
Additionally, Erwin’s wife, Beatriz, plays a vital role in the company as the Vice President and a licensed Real Estate professional in Florida (FL RE License: SL 3345023).
